Is he not just a Hoot!!!! For the border around the Wonky Rectangle I created a frame using stripped paper. Saw this on Jenny Gropp's blog she even did a qucik How-to-viedo. It's such a cute idea, I had to use it. Now for Harv, he was So much FUN to color and the ballowns I used from another AI stamp set called 29 Again.
and the inside... I used a pice of the stripped paper that I used for the frame for the front. The saying is a AI stamp too...

Oh! I have this stamp (the sentiment, too) and LOVE him! I didn't know his name was Harv. I used the heck out of him when I first got him. He's super cute with the balloons!
