Hi All!
Just got everything all ready for my stuffing ..... just have to turn on the gas and start that...Have my butter getting room temp for my basing mix to put under the turkey skin.... what a mess that is to do but OHHHH will worth it...!
Yesterday I did the neck and wings and giblets and have them ready for the GRAVEY!!!!
So now I have a few mins to just sit and think of what I forgot.......!
There's always something...
Still have to get my Sweet potatoes ready but I'll do that after the birds in....
And get my tray ready for the rolls then too...
I'm pooped out just listing it out....
