Congratulations!

 My niece is going to be graduating soon and then going on to Vet school... made this card for her.... oh my.... a Dr in the family.... can't believe it...... will she is determined and we are ALL rooting for her along this journey.

and here's the inside..... it's one of the pop out cards you see everywhere now.... I'll be making more of these, so easy and pack a punch too...

Mom's 95 BD!!!!

 Forgot to post the card I gave my Mom for her 95th BD....
here we go.....

She loves these little birds just as much as I loved making them.... she still has it displayed on the mantel... so she must have liked it....

I took this pic before I added the HB inside.... and some balloons too...
To close the envelop I used little dog prints stickers from our pooch... she so love her too...
What a FUN DAY she had!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!

 Here's a card I made for my Mom.... she's 93 and going strong!

 

Will I though the pic was good till I posted it.... you really can't see all the little beads in the center of the flowers and the shine to the butterfly's.... but in person it's very petty.... really!

 

Here's a another shot from a different angle, maybe it shows up better.....

Got the idea for the lats work on the fold side from Splitcost stamps last weeks news letter... was really easy to do.  You need paper with front and back printed different so it show up better...

Christmas Holly Branch

Hi All!!

This is the Holly Branch I posted the 17th on my work bench.......

And here's my finished card from the outside... I know you can't tell much differenc at a quick look but if you doubble click on each pic and look at the leave you'll see I did some detail work on the vaines, don't sound like much but I just made 5 cards and doing that little bit of extra work is really time consuming.. but will worth the look in person.

and I added the red card base too... just need to put white on the inside with a marry wish and there done... Yea....!

Starting Christmas

Hi ALL...

I thought I'd show you what I've been working on.... trying to get a jump on Christmas this year...here's a few shots of my desk and the mess too.....

I did crop out a LOT of the mess.....

this is a new to me Bigz die by Tim Holtz-Holiday Wreath, I also used a TH-Embossing folder Holly Branch on the white... still have to add some bling and things this is just the base card.....Never used these Bigz dies before but like that you can cut several pices of paper at a time... still learning....

This is another TH Bigz die-Holly Branch and again I used a TH-Embossing folder Pine Branch on the white, same thing still need to add things it's just the base card.....

This is made with a Memory Box die-Frostyville Border, white on white.... not sure about the red bow yet may make it a pal blue or white with gold not sure yet .. needs some sparkle on the snow,,, but again it's just the base card.

Now I have to start finishing them off and deciding how many of each I need to make...?
