BAD Day..........

Oh yes I was having a really Bad Day last week, in fact several of them..... I was trying to post here on Blogger and could not add any pics......  Thinking I should be able to fix this and checking everything I thought it could be will it was a No Go.... So I went to Google and asked the question and found out I needed to update to Google Chrome.  Guess I should have done it a long time ago but will I just didn't.  So anyway I tried a few more things and then really missed up my PC so I had to call my PC guy (The PC Doctor)  Been using him for several years now and think the world of him.  I always send his check in a cute card, I want him to remember me and laugh so he don't think (OH no not her again...) Thought I would share the card I made with you all.

Here's a view of the front.  The words I printed on my PC and them cut them out using the Die-Paper Smooches- Quotables M1D128....

Now the stamp is from QKR Stampede called One of Those Days - 10709.....

The Card base is Neenah-Desert Storm that I got form The Spotted Chick site... when you look in her Supplies for each card you can order from there... She gets credit for each sale, so if your going to order go to her site.

The other layers are from an old 6x6 pad from K&Company called Julianne. The tan strips are glossy, so it looked like wall paper to me. and the lines on the red are glossy too.

This is just another view of the same....

I know he will get a kick out of this one and have a good laugh too.... 

So if you need a GOOD PC person he really is worth checking out, and no I don't get anything for referrals.

Happy Turkey Day!!!!

Hi All!

Just got everything all ready for my stuffing ..... just have to turn on the gas and start that...
Have my butter getting room temp for my basing mix to put under the turkey skin.... what a mess that is to do but OHHHH will worth it...!
Yesterday I did the neck and wings and giblets and have them ready for the GRAVEY!!!!
So now I have a few mins to just sit and think of what I forgot.......!
There's always something...
Still have to get my Sweet potatoes ready but I'll do that after the birds in....
And get my tray ready for the rolls then too...
I'm pooped out just listing it out....

Garage Sale!!!!

Hi Everyone!!

Yesterday a Dear Friend of our family called me while my hubby and I were out running around.... She had just gotten home from a garage sale close to my house that had ALL kinds of Scrapbooking supplies... A local store in our mall had closed down and this was the lady that owned that store... Anyway long story short she had to close the store and selling everything she had and Wonderful prices.....

Papers were .10 a sheet... the good stuff too.. OMG... only stayed about 45-mins or so but could have stayed a few hours....

Here's some pics of what I pick up!!

Yep!  Lots of papers.. most I got 10 of each one, a jar of buttons, Zutter 1/2 rings of a 1.00, Columer pads.. a few office supplies too...

That's it, all in all I only spent 19.00, though I did good..

Oh I forgot to put the 1-roll of ribbon in the pic too....
