Ho Ho Ho

 Here's a card I just finished making a bunch of for mailing.  Love how they turned out...I made 2 versions, see what you think.

 

I used Desert Storm paper for the base for both and the Ho Ho Ho is from CTMH and then just colored them in a little and used a little Diamond Stickles on the first Ho. Then just tied a little backers twine thru the cut out.  I did do a little shading around the whole in the front too.

 

The main stamp at the bottom is an old Stampin' Up set called Holiday Lineup, there are 3 stamps in this set but I've only used two of them as in Florida we don't have snow so the snow men lineup is just an extra for me.   As you can see I just colored the little guys that show thru the whole in the front of the card, and added stickles and shading around the whole so it stands out.  The  saying is from MFT another old set I have called Stitched Stockings... And at the very bottom I cut strips of scrap paper I had that would fill that gap a little....

Manly BD....

I'm really working ahead on my BD cards.... can't believe it....
Here's one for my Step-Son I know he will enjoy, it gets harder to come up with something new each year... and now that he's in his late 30's will..... I still want him to smile when he see's his cards.

The first car he ever bought with NO input from his Dad or me was a used Mustang.....Oh My!!! Now there were a LOT of memories...... Good and Bad..... He was so proud of himself.......

Flippin Diet Lady's Birthday

 Here's a card I really enjoyed making..... Had these Ladies Flippin stamps for a few years now but only used a few... this is my first try with this one....
See what you think.

 

I made this for my Daughter-in-law and like all of us she is always battling with her weight.  Sooo when I was thinking of her card I came across this one and had to give it a try.... 

Some people can take this kind of card and enjoy the fun it is intended.... I know she will love it and look forward to her reaction....

Backyard Boss

Today I'm posting the card I made for my Hubby's BD....
He just got a new blower a few weeks ago, so when I found this stamp by Art Impressions I had to get it....(I got it on Ebay from Ali's Scrapbook Outlet, she was very good to work with, and grate prices too.)

 

And here he is all ready for battle..... 

I used a mini Wobbler on him so he has some action too.

 

 

And the Inside I left simple, room for my note and a little cash too... He'll LOVE that I know.

Fabulous

Today I made a Fabulous card.....Yep! Just Fabulous.....

 

Like it says, with a little Glitter........ the fabulous is a die cut and the rest is stamp on the card or a small strip.....

 

This is the whole inside, top half and bottom half.... 

 

This is just the bottom half of the inside... I made a little money pocket for the will money of course.....you have to give money right????

Happy Anniversary!

 Our Son and Daughter-in-law are going to be celebrating there 1st Anniversary....
We are So, so happy for them and love them both dearly....
Here's the card I made for them...

 I've used this Magnolia stamp many times but never like this.... Seen this on Jennifer McGuire site here's the link . Mine is different but the same....

here's a close up so you can see how I cut some parts of the flower and then popped them up with the lite blue in the background.....
