A New Prayer.

Hi All,

Today I made a card using the 4 Ladies at the beach by Ai-Art Impressions called Friends.  Here they are right after I finished coloring them.... there just on Watercolor paper here...

 

I just love each of the ladies, I'm the one in the pock-a-dot pink bathing suite... will because she has the smallest boobies..... :)

I printed the words for the front of the card on my PC  (Spell check did not find my spelling error because it was not spelled wrong..... but my hubby said it's just not used right,,,  so now it reads "Prayer" not Pray. Thanks Honny!)... to go with the inside....you'll see why.

I've had this stamp for a LONG, and just had to have it when I saw it but when I went to use it I could not think of a way to use it without hurting someones feelings....which is not what I meant to do at all since I'm always fighting the battle it just strikes me funny that's all...

With Age......

Hi All...

Today I'm posting the card I finished that I was talking about in last weeks blog.

This is the new stamp I started with....I had pick out my papers but had not put anything together yet...

 

Will here's what I came up with...remember I said I had stamped it kind of low on my paper and when I went to cut it out using the die I wanted it was a little too low... will this was how I got around that.  I just moved it down to the very bottom as if that was just how I wanted it to be.....te he.....

 

Here's a full front view, I think it worked out just fine....?

 

and here's how I dressed the inside.... love that saying ;)

 

The main stamp was by Ai-Art impressions, and the saying came from CTMH...the punch on the inside was a Martha Stewart border, and the die was by Spellbinders. If you want any detail info just let me know and I'll be glad to get it for you.

Getting Older......

Today I'm posting a BD card I made using a new IO-Impression Obsession stamp I found before Christmas and just had to have it....

just look at the cute little cup cakes on the end of the candle... Love that...

After coloring my little cakes and candle (wow-big deal) I left a little of the candle and the glass stick out of the die when cutting... I edged the white and the blue with Smooch Gold Lame, and I used crystal effects on the booz in the glass (but you may not be able to see that)

Here's a look at the full card front...

The saying came from CTMH- Just a Number Occasions set (D1514). This set has some really fun BD saysing, I'm sure I'll be using this set a lot...

A few thing's I've been working on

Hi Everyone!

Will I'm finally posting a few things...

Here are 2 new stamps I got before Christmas and just now getting to use..  Both are by Ai-Art Impressions....

This first one is called Girlfriends.... I just LOVE each one of these girls, and can't wait to put them onto a card....

Arent' they a Hoot????

 

This next one is called Golden Oldies, I stamped them to low on the water paper so had to move my die down when I cut them out.... but I can make that work I'm sure. 

 

Have the paper's picked out but have not had time to put this one together yet.

I'll be posting them soon tho....

 

Both of these I colored using Memento Markers and SU crayons, I used crystal effects on all the glasses but I don't think you can see it... and even a little Stickles Rock Candy and Smooch Gold Lame here and there...

First Birthday ...

Morning all.

Today I'm posting a card I made for out Grandson who turns 1 a few days after Christmas....

So I had to get it finished early....

Here's a close up shot.

I used My Mind's eye and BoBunny papers along with Stampin Up and Creative Memory paper too.... The little Giraffes and trees are from a 3-D sticker pack by La Petites, How cute is he....

The Happy Birthday stamp is by Close to my Heart.

This was so much FUN to make, I know he will not even notice it but I hope his Mom and Dad do.

Will it's been a while since I've posted I know... but life just keeps getting in the way.  But I though I would share a BD card I made for my Step-Son BD coming up in a few weeks.
